GRADUATING Year 12 English Communication students at Wavell State High School had a taste of job-interview experience courtesy of recruitment specialist Sarina Russo.

The students were interviewed for mock administrative jobs and trades positions.

Wavell head of English Linda Rossi-Pope said the college had organised similar experiences for students in the past.

"The interviews are videotaped and replayed with the teacher," Mrs Rossi-Pope said.

"The students are assessed for it and then self reflect on how they think they went."
